This machine can continuously feed and discharge ore, has a large magnetic field depth and working gap, and has a high processing capacity.
Working Principle
When the slurry enters the magnetic field area, the strongly magnetic minerals are adsorbed on the surface of the drum. The weakly magnetic and non-magnetic minerals are thrown off and discharged. The strongly magnetic minerals adsorbed on the surface of the drum rotate with the drum and are taken out of the magnetic field area to complete the separation operation.
The same drum can be equipped with three types of troughs:
- Downstream Trough (CTS) - suitable for roughing and concentrating of ore particle size 0~6mm

- Semi-Countercurrent Trough (CTB) - suitable for roughing and concentrating of ore with a particle size of 0~0.5mm, especially for concentrating of ore with a particle size of 0~0.15mm.
